We are passionate about providing high quality detailed drafting of your designs. We work with many people and businesses in the built environment sector. We work with Interior Designers, Interior Decorators, and Architects who want to focus on their strong suit - designing. We work with Property Managers, and Facility Managers who want documents to communicate minor building upgrades to give to builders and contractors in order to get comprehensive quotes. We work with Design and Construct Building companies who need assistance with documentation to keep up with current demand on their inhouse design departments.

We are perfect for clients who perhaps would otherwise draft in-house but who are either time poor, don’t enjoy it, or perhaps lack resources to meet current demand of their business.

We are here to take the stress out of drafting – We LOVE drafting! Our drafting team is not your stereotypical fuddy duddy drafters (no offence!) - Our team come from design backgrounds each with over 15 years experience. This background and experience helps us help our clients communicate their design intent and the details that make your designs shine.

Our team have experience working in pretty much all sectors of the design industry: retail, hospitality, commercial, residential, education, and healthcare. Got a project that doesn’t fall into this category – no worries, we are always up for a challenge!

MEETING TO DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS

We discuss in depth your project with you to determine how we can best assist. We offer a range of scope in our service from full documentation packages to hourly work to help take some pressure off your business. Here are some typical questions we ask at our initial meeting:

  • If it is an existing building – do you need us to perform a site measure, or do you have existing plans?

  • What documents do you need in your pack?

  • Do you have external services consultants you require the documentation package to be coordinated with?

  • Would you like us to use any existing title blocks you have?

  • Timeframes

  • Your design ideas - have you prepared any existing sketches, finishes selections, fittings/fixtures/equipment/furniture selections you would like incorporated into the documentation package?

  • Do you have any documentation standards you would like for us to incorporate into your documentation pack? For example – company title blocks, ways you like to code finishes/fixtures/equipment, or specific notes you would like us to include?

DEVELOPMENT AND REVIEW

We develop the documentation pack and then send to you for comment and any clarification on the design.

DOCUMENTATION FINALIZED AND REISSUED

We update the documentation pack as per your comments and send the finalized pack to you.
